The best thing to do is upload your brain onto a computer (temporarily), have a new brain made for you from your stem cells, download your brain data from the computer into your new brain, and replace the old one with the new one.

It's learning new things.

You see when you learn new ideas, new concepts, new understandings, new skills, new perspectives, etc., the brain grows and moves tiny filaments called dendrites from one brain cell to other brain cells related to the new learning. This integrates or ingrains the learning. A fair amount of repetition is needed to make the connecting-up complete, then the knowledge or skill is easy to recall and use. This really is what happens. In other words, BRAIN GROWTH is an aspect of learning. Since a person of any age can learn, it's one way to "keep the brain young." Using your brain is the key. It's unused brain cells and networks that atrophy first. And it's cool that you can replace dying connections with new ones as you age.

Of course not everyone is a lifelong learner. Are you? Some people have the "I know what I know" attitude. Poor dumb bastards.
