I made my own song on audacity, it only lets you save it as wav so i did so! But now i'm on windows media player trying to figure out how to edit the artist/album name! I went on to the media player and looked at their soloutions, but they didn't work. Help.

Download iTunes, you can edit everything in the song ... artist, genre, album, art work... etc

You can purchase a program called "Cool Edit Pro" This program will allow you to edit ANY music or wav file etc

convert it first to mp3 using any converting software , try musicmatch. in windows xp when you see the mp3 file right click then properties, in summary tab click on the artist then edit your artist try also the other like song title and you can also add lyrics make comments edit the year track genre etc.. then click apply
