its either pig...which i do not know how that works or...backslang...for backslang you remove the first letter of every word and put it at the back like so:
ouy rea earllyr a icen ersonp

there is always an a sound as well after each of the words:
pronounced
ouy(ay) rea(y) eallyr(ay) ay icen(ay) ersonp(ay)

I agree with the rest I've never heard of whatever it is your talking about but I have heard of pig latin. For pig latin all you do is take the 1st letter of the word put it at the end and add "ay" ex. fried chicken riedfay hickencay

Chrissie's answer is what it is - it is called backslang but there is another name.... cant think what it is though! Very annoying, my daughter used to speak it and i couldnt keep up!
