Is a V6 or V8? I'd say in the neighbor hood of $100. to $140.. You have to understand, Ford really rakes you when drive that type of vehicle. If it were my car I'd take the head or heads to an automotive racing engine builder and have the heads checked for flatness before reassembling! Go to an independent auto parts store and ask for Fel Pro Gaskets. They're better and less expensive than ford parts. You do realize that Ford owns Land Rover now.

This is why youve got sludge in your cam cover isnt it : )

Not expensive, you must buy new head bolts though as they are 'stretch bolts' and should not be re-used.
Depending on how many miles the engine has done I wouldnt be too hastey to have the head pressure tested and skimmed as head gasket failure is a very common problem with the K series engines and you may be throwing money at it for no reason.

Don't waste your money. Rover 75s are a pile of sh*it, and nobody in their right mind would want one.
