Uh, for one, I can't find the one called "brethe" that you're referring to. Usually, it's easier for everyone involved if you post a link to what you want us all to see.
For another, what is it that you're trying to do? Is that you in the "childbirth is painful" image? Are you trying to make us believe that the person in the picture is giving birth? First step would be to put something round in the woman's belly...most don't have things poking out thru their skin.
