My wife loves this show, and I've tried watching it but I don't get what it is that she loves about it.
I don't think my marriage is riding on this, but still, I'd like to understand.
(Or I'd like to be able to diagnose her, and get her some help!)

well, as the commercial on Noggin (the cable network it's aired on, for the person above) says, "It goes there". And that it does. What's not to love about a school based soap that dates back to the mid-eighties???

i watched it back i the 80s and it was appealing to me because no one ever talked to me about the types of situations that occured on the show (teen pregnancy) i always had to read to find out so it was like having the birds and bees told to me w/ out the embarrasment but i dont even know what channel its on now..........

cuz its real some people have really dramatic highschools they can relate it too and ur wife probly goes back 2 her highschool years when she watches it
