WOW!! Now those are some of the more interesting name responses that I have seen in a while!! Keep in mind, this is something that the child has to live with for the rest of their lives. Try not to have something that rhymes....
I like the name Mathiason, though it could always be shortened to Matt, which is a name I detest. I do like Mason, Ridge, Dane, Zane, Ashton, Brit, Calyx (even if I did think of that one in jr high in science class!! ). You could go basic with Nicholas, though that doesn't seem to be the way you want to go...Cooper, Damon, Gage.....
I know these sound a little odd too, but I hope that you find them helpful!!

Jack Simon, hunter simon, garrett simon, Nicholas Simon, i dont know, just some ideas. to think of a good name, think of some unique ones and put them together and see how it sounds w/the middle name.

I love the name harvey. Harvey Simon sounds great, and its not too common. Its a strong name too and I think its gorgeous
