My husband really likes himself. He knows he is good looking, and is not hesitant to inform me of this. Why does he act and behave so vain?

Well you must have known he was like this before you married . Was he vain when you were dating? I also have a very good looking husband and yes he knows it. I find it quite endearing. If anything..

some people are raised like this. take a look at his family. do they constantly tell him how good looking he is?
or maybe he was not a so good looking kid and he kinda grew into his looks. have you seen old pic of him? sometimes when someone is not so hot when they are young and then grow into there looks it boosts there confidence super high and super fast.
have you tried letting him know that this is a little irritating for you? maybe you can make it into a joke and every time he says something about himself you say something about yourself?

You must have known this before you married the guy. He is who he is. I suggest you take care of your own appearance and flaunt your sexy stuff all over the place. Fight fire with fire.

He is either really insecure...or really a narcissist. Either way it's got to be annoying. Why don't you buy him a bunch of mirrors for his next birthday? Maybe he'll get a clue.
