What on earth for???

Well, let's take a look at just what he did for America....

He passed up not one but TWO offers to have Osama bin Lauden turned over to him

There was that "token" air strike he launched which did nothing but cement Al Queda's intent on staging the 9/11 attacks

He did more to deny Americans their rights under the 2nd Amendment than any president in American history

He committed perjury while in office, a criminal offense for which you and I would be sent to jail

He was impeached...now there's an accomplishment for you! A feat matched only once previous in American history!

He failed to balance the budget and left office with the largest national debt up to that point

He disgraced the office of the President of the United States and made said office (and the country, by the by) the laughingstock of the world

And THIS is the loser you want in the Oval Office again.....all I can say is thank God for the 22nd Amendment!

No, I realize he would like a chance to do something to be remembered in history other than being the 2nd president to be impeached. The constitution says no & a change would never pass - then what would stop a president from being president for his whole life - well other than the constitution. Would you allow Carter, Bush Sr., President G.W. Bush to all run again? I did not think so.

No, as much as I liked Bill Clinton, the term limits on president was put there for a purpose. It would open a whole new can of worms and could lead to our first lifetime dictator. Nobody would want that.

Would'nt that be great! We would get our respect back from other nations and maybe even help with our ntional debt. Maybe if we pray real hard he get have us end up with a surplus as he did before. Only this time dont elect a republican so they can spend it and we end up owing again

Why would he need to?

HIllary's going to run and has already claimed, "We Are the President" when Bill was in office.

Besides, he's really looking forward to being our nation's "First Ladies Man".

Yeah I would agree he did alot for the country.

He spanked the hands of Al-Queda by launching a token missile strike into Afghanistan that did nothing but make the muslims mad and quickened 9-11.

He also did alot to stimulate the economy of the dry cleaning industry. No tellin how many other dresses with spots on them had to go to the the dry cleaners.

NO, despite the good and bad things he did, the law is the law and people have to follow them. It is still funny to think of the time when he was involdev in sex scandal and said "i did not have sex with her" and i THINK he said later "she had sex with me" what a wierd president we had.

All it takes is a change in the law that limits Presidents to two terms. We need term laws on those serving(?) in Congress if we're going to continue to limit Presidents.

Although he was a great president who could clean up Bush's nasty mess, we must obey the 22nd amendment. This important amendment lessen the strength of the executive branch, which is imperative.
