Does anyone else think that black people today are better athletes becuase of slavery?

Mating the two strongest male and female resulted in more athletic blacks. Also look at some of Hitlers kids, aka Dirk Nowitzki. If you look at his age, it pairs up with the era when Hitlers did his experiments.

Barrack Obama is only a quarter black. As for nowitzki, im talking about his parents age, not him.His parents were born during the nazi era, but himself, but the genes past on.

To all those people saying its racist, I go to college near newark,nj. Ive talk to many black people regarding this issue and think the same way I do. Im not trying to be racist, but just trying to point out why many athletes are black. If you go to the ghettos, you'll actually see black kids playing sports are away to get out.(although alot choosedrugs)

You might be on to something there.....

But I've always thought that people are not all created equal (NOT in regards to humanity rights..) meaning that there are certain tasks that you will find certain races excell at. But isn't that what helps to make us all different? I like it.. I mean...not like we can make them take affirmative action into the sports world, lmao... Could you imagine?

I think that some people would think this question is very interappropraite, but if you look at it in a different way, it address some very valid points. The question probably should be worded different, but there is something to it.

We all know Darwins theory of evolution. The strongest survive. Natural selection. When the slaves came over on ships, the conditions were terrible. When the slaves were working in the fields during the slavery era, the strongest survived. On the ships, many of the weaker, less fit slaves probably died in the terrible conditions, and in the fields, the ones who could not work were often murdered. Leaving only the slaves who were strong and survive harsh condition as well as had the strength to work many hours in the field.

The stronger male and female African-Americans mated breeding stronger African-American children.

Now, I know there is some flaws in this theory. Like, why are Kenyans so good at long distance running?

I know that this question may seem racist, and the way it was purposed was probably not appropriate, but it is something to think about.

i doubt that there's any validity to your assertion regarding black people being better athletes because of 'breeding' in the days of slavery and even though it isn't politically correct,it is a legitimate question as you're not trying to propagate a racist point of view. i believe the reason professional sports is dominated by minorities,particularly basketball,is because for many it's the only way they can see out of circumstances they were born into. the fact of the matter is this country has made great strides in reducing racism but it certainly hasn't been eliminated by any means. racism manifests itself in many forms,not just obvious overt acts of discrimination by also in more sinister way like a lack of adequate education opportunities for all.

when a white child and a black child both begin to excel at basketball and dream of making millions in the NBA,they both see it as one avenue to fortune and fame. as they grow and see others begin to challenge them in talent and desire,the black child may well work harder to make the team hoping for a college scholarship and eventual ticket to the NBA because that's the only way he sees out of his circumstances.

because of lower educational opportunities and cultural slavery of the underclass,he may not have been made as aware of or told that yes he could grow up to be a doctor or a lawyer partially because he had no black role models in those professions. the athletes get all the publicity even though the chances of getting into pro sports in so much lower than becoming a doctor or a lawyer.

often the white child has many more opportunities if he doesn't make a sports team. he's been told and will be shown that he can be a judge,a lawyer,a doctor,a scientist,a policeman,a fireman,a teacher,a software engineer,a pilot,a politician or any number of other things. he's more likely to have the financial resources available or at least more easily be able to find out how to get them.

i don't know if this is any more valid than your question but i do believe it's possibly more plausible...

I will say yes and no. In Africa they had tribes you know where they would hunt for their food. So they could easily be training there. But on the other hand the white slave masters bred the strongest black female with the strongest black male to breed stronger slaves. Plus the slaves were the ones doing all the laboring so yeah in a way slavery did but it also didnt.

are you seriously implying that because they worked hard during slavery that they somehow evolved into more athletic and fit human beings? traits gained during a lifetime are not transferred to offspring. that was an early theory of evolution that was almost immediately rejected. youre a dumbass for asking and even bringing it up

cuz "african americans" has more muscle mass and more aggressive than asians and white. but what i dont get is why it is always AA playing sports while the whites are the people watching live.....
