Ok, well i'll be 15 years old in July and i like to plan ahead. So does anyone have any suggestions for places i could go or things to do for my 15th birthday party? I am a 14 yr old girl, I would like to invite about 20 people (definitely no more than 25), it would be a mix of boys and girls, and NO HOUSE PARTIES!!!

I would say something on the small side. Just family and a few close friends(if they have kids or are close with your son) I would do something outside, at home so he feels comfortable and can nap if necessasary. We did an elmo theme, he loved elmo at 1. Keep it simple so you can enjoy the day. Have pizza or a big sub and cake so you dont have to be cooking and can spend time with the guests and your baby. Have balloons, bubbles and set up a small swiming pool or sprinkler for him and the other kids to play. Make lists of what you need and things to do and have everything done before hand. set everything up by the day before the party dont leave anything untill the day of the party. Plates, cups, drinks, food, games, chairs for the guests, decorations. I have had big and smal parties for my kids birthdays. the smaller ones were much better at a younger age. We now have big parties...we do a combo bc their birthdays are 3 weeks apart and it is stressful. They have alot of fun but i am a lunatic before hand. Bigger isnt always best. Just give him a nice party that he will enjoy. If it is to big he may get overwhelmed and then you as well as him wont enjoy the day. Just have people that love and care about him around him on his and your special day.

One thing that is really fun is to go to a movie theatre, yet it isn't exactly "cost-effective"
Think of something that boys and girls alike love to do. What about a swimming party? Night swimming is really fun. Some local pools offer birthday packages. Or, if you or your friends have a pool you can do it there. Since it will be July that shouldn't be a problem .
Hope you have a great party!

whatever you do, don't invite two conflicting cliques. it just goes downhill from there. i would go with a restaurant party or just a place that you can trash , becuz, believe me the place where you have your party is gonna be trashed by the end of it. so my advice is invite peeps that get along. if you have a sleepover invite only a few peeps. no more than 10! (my party was a disaster, never again having 14 peeples sleepover!)
