i've always liked the monk place near barbrian village. The monk place has monks and some imps. Its near the ice mountain and the castle for black knight's fortess quest. its also near the dwarf's mine(entrance)

Kajarma is the best place to hunt imp next to the valcano... that has about ten imps there
