They constantly have music playing day & night. They have brought in bass boxes etc meaning the whole house shakes 24/7.
well when im in the house. The thing is you see.......i can come home sometimes to find it off. as soon as they know im in they start it again.
Im not one to complain but after politely asking them to keep it down and getting nothing but abuse i got onto the local council. had to write out a diary. Even video taped and proved the time they were ripping there own shed down at 5am music blaring.
Nothing has ever come of that.
Ive called the police but they just dont want to know & neigbours just backfire,call police and say ive been causing trouble.Which i havent.
Thats came to the point where they have said they will arrest us both if they get another complaint.
I cant afford to move house or id have been gone a long while ago.
Im just about ready to explode buut weould like to resolve the issue

You say 'Can't afford to move house' so that tells me that you live in a trailer.. and I hate to assume but from what I read it seems that this might be a trailer park. I do not know what to tell you other than pray they move or you need to look into a different place to move. I am sorry to say that police get a lot of calls from trailer parks and disputes in apartment complexes and do not care for either one, but its true and they don't work to help mediate other than take everyone involved in to spend the night in a cell to calm down.
I would say either buy a place elsewhere and rent your place, which will probably add to the headaches or move the house.
There are some wonderful people in trailer parks and that own trailers, I am not pointing any fingers..but there isn't anything worse than bein next to a wacked out family in a trailer park. I know people who have lived it..its unpleasant.
I know they win if you move... but that is only one way to look at it.. if you move YOU WIN because you removed yourself from the situation. It might cost some money but in the long run it will be worth it. It would be a lot cheaper than trying to find a job with a felony on your record for doing something to or towards them. OR worse yet... something happening to you or your family.

Some people are so wretched, aren't they? Your neighbours do sound hellish; if I had to live in the same building as they inhabit, I would do everything I could to move.
Noise issues are one of the hardest things to prove in rental court here.

Get someone with experience of telecommunications to make you a jamming device my brother in law did this with some troublesome neighbours he had,eventually they went quiet after failing to find problems with their stereo eventually they moved.Hee Hee.

You cant do anything and the police wont be bothered until you decide to do something about it yourself and then they will be round sharpish knocking on your door to arrest you....
