It is located just above the oil filter on the left lower side of the block. If it is a light, simply unplug the sensor. Light should be off or on. Short the leads together and the light will do the reverse. If it is a guage, do the same thing but the guage will be zero or very high. These sensors might have a 3 prong plug as the fuel pump enable circuit is wired into this sometimes. If this is the case you will need to determine which is which as I don't remember offhand which is the ones you need to short together. Good luck.

It is usually to the right of the oil filter. Have another person watch the oil gauge. Turn the ignition on engine not running. Unplug the sensor. Two wire connector; jump the two terminals on the plug and ask your friend if the needle on the gauge moves. If it does the gauge is good and the sensor is bad.

It's down on the block near the oil filt and kindof hard to change, I'd probably get a new delco one if you suspect it's bad. Otherwise, it would be a good idea to screw a manual gauge into the block to see what the pressure really is.
