i talk to myself a lot but i never answer myself
when i am on the computer, doing laundry or whatever.
no harm in doing it really

Normally when I'm by myself and get to thinking about something I wish I had done, I'll get myself all worked up and start saying things out loud that I wish I would have said to the person.

What I do is I think out loud. Be in the store or car. Think about what to buy or were to go. I'm sure ppl think I'm talking to myself.
Then I try to stop doing it.

Of course, I talk about what i am going to do that day, or vent outloud. Might as well I am the only one who listens anyhow

also, i've talked at myself when i'm not completely alone, ie: at a grocery store, at a bus stop. not full conversations, mind you, more like exclamations that slip out.

no i tend to talk to myself even if people are around and people think that's normal for me.
