My fiance and I can orgasm at the same time! Is it better for one of us to go first or the same time when trying to concieve?

Apparently it does make a difference, if you oragasm at the same time, as the women contracts it helps the sperm along its way, put a pillow under your bottom after the event, do not go for a wee straight after sex, do it loads, have fun and good luck !!

According to the Discovery Channel's Body Story, the man should come right (like 2 seconds) before the woman.
The woman's body is distinctly equipped to avoid pregnancy. Her body secretes a substance that kills anything foreign. When she comes, she pulls that substance into her uterus. If the man comes first, (and her cervix is full of semen), she pulls his semen in first...well, it's been awhile since I watched the series and I may be getting into too much terminology here. Please rent the series...it's available on Netflix (or it may be shown on The Discovery Channel's website). But that's what I watched 6 years ago, and it makes alot of sense.

The same time will get the most benefit because as he is ejaculating, your cervix is contracting and expanding allowing the body to help draw the semen into the uterus and toward the egg. Also don't listen to the ignorant person who says you are from another planet, she is just a dimwit who is uneducated in the area of reproduction!

i agree with the person who said that it does matter in fact. all the other answers are wrong. i read an article online saying that when u orgasm with your partner or right after him it helps the sperm to get where it has to get. it dont mean that you wont get pregnant if you dont but if you do it helps so goodluck and keep doin that :)

It doesnt matter if you do it or not, however he must becuse its his sperm that attaches to your eggs but either its at the same time or not you should be good!!!... good luck!!!
