Yes i upgraded to tampax pearl and my butt hurts worse than before.

i was just talking about this today, actually. tampax pearls are very nice. the cord is braided, so there is really no leakage. great applicator, too. they are a bit more expensive than the others (i sometimes buy kotex security). but the way i look at it, can you really put a price on your comfort?
