There are things that do my body good WAAAAY more than any kind if milk, honey....

Milk Chocolate or Dark..I can only handle white chocolate in cookies

I would think white would be better because it doesn't have all the sugar that chocolate milk would have.

I won't drink milk if it isn't chocolate. I always paid the extra ten cents in school because I prefer quality over quantity.
