Les Mis was actually originally written in french, so it is a perfect example. There are other wonderful musicals written in french - Notre Dame de Paris and Roméo et Juliette, de la Haine à l'Amour (which is the most successful french musical) A lot of musicals have been translated into french - Lion King, Jesus Christ Superstar, Sound of Music, Nine, Cats, Annie, Beauty and the Beast etc etc
There is a song in "Joseph and the Amazing Technocolour Dreamcoat" that is sung with a french accent "Those Cannan Days"
Beauty and the Beast is set in France, and the character of Lumiere frequently says random french expressions. I think acutally in the song "Be Our Guest" they say something about France.
I also found this site: http://www.rationalmagic.com/Bursting/France.html
It lists all of the musicals that have french authors, or are set in France, or have some connection to France, and describes what the connection is.

Try the musical "L'Amour." It is a more recent show, but it did not last very long on Broadway. It is a love story set in France.

In Jane Eyre, one of the characters (Adele) is French, and they speak French a little. I believe the song that you can find it in is called "Perfectly Nice".
That's all I got.
