If your partner leaves you. Then he or she is gone. So what would it matter? At least you got a reason. BS or not.
Just take it and move on.
(Unless this is a divorce. In which case there would be more thought and legal crap to go along with it. But this does not appear to be the case.)

Not if it derogatory against you. At this point it makes no difference; try to forget all about it and live your life. If there are legal things to handle, do that to the best of your ability. Then go on and plan to enjoy your life in the future.

NO! i would not believe it because there could be a possibility that he was with another woman and he just left before you could find out about it.so NO i would not believe whatever he said

I would. After all the relationship is broken. There is no need to analyse, point fingers, guilty consciences etc.
I left mu husband because he was cheating. It is not easy - but I'm enjoying my freedom.

Whenever I left someone, I wasn't entirely honest about it. If I would have been... it would have hurt that person even more. Why cause more pain.
