seemed like she was fighting hard to save her career, I' m not sure she meant any of it. It was damage limitation.

The interview was what we'd expect from Davina "Rottweiler" McCall. Paxman need not fear that his job is under threat.

Firstly, Jade is under the misappehension that the racism allegation came solely from the "popadom" comment. That was incorrect, as the "stock" argument was enough to convince people of her racist bullying nature The "popadom" comment came in the next day when Jade was trying to justify herself to one of her blonde parasites. The damage was already done. McCall did not pull her up on that.

Then McCall failed to hammer her on the bullying aspect. Jade seemed less than cognisant that she was ringleading the parasites and the slack jawed dummy she'd dragged in.

That said, I do feel sorry that Jade will be made a scapegoat for the whole "celebrity non-entity" culture we've allowed to develop. She's a 21st century social experiment that has failed, an ill conceived half cocked "Pygmalion", where no attempt was actually made to educate her, merely following her round with a camera was regarded as sufficient catalyst for change.

You can take the girl out of the gutter but you can't take the gutter out of the girl, or at least not when she's been advised that her whole earning potential revolves around her being perceived as the "loveable village idiot".

If there is a basic lack of education there, then even the best and brightest opportunities will not serve to make that person "grow". They will just pass them by.

We've now a generation of teenage girls that aspire to be "Actress/Models/Whatever" as long as they blag a footballer boyfriend. A culture where Jordan is a best selling author and role model. We buy the magazines and books, watch the programmes, buy the perfumes etc.

We're all complicit in allowing society to reach this point. This may at least help us to remind us that celebrity for celebrities sake, with no talent to back it up, is a tremendously toxic chalice.

In summary, I fear Jade will be crucified, but she's no one-off. There's thousands of would-be "Jades" in every town. You only have to read the illiterate morons that frequently post on here in their "txtlish" to know that. The "Queen" is dead, but there'll be others....we've made it so.

I feel sorry for for her. She has been evicted (SHOCK) No more Comments.

What did she actually say to be racist!!! I am of mixed raced like Jade (1/2 Jamaican and 1/2 English) and I think it is utterly and truly well out of order that she has been penalised, when it was Jermaine Jackson who first made the insult remarks to Shilpa that Jackie was (White Trash) at the end of the day it is still Jades mother, and obviously she has defended herself and also her mother.
I am PROUD to be MIXED RACED.
Give Jade a break at least. Anyone would think she has murdered Shilpa, the way you people are puporting it, It was just girl bullying which has been well and truly set up by BB.
They have since both apologised to each other for the rudeness. Problem Solved. Do you people have to harp on about stale news that has long gone.

JADE will be receiving £500,000 pounds from her story to all the media, so she has come out being the winner in the end. Good old JADE.

Even before the current controversy, ANYONE thinking Jade Goody being the best has either a rather abysmally low standard OR no standard at all OR has taken a leave from their brain & an utter insult to British Education System.

Jade's certainly NOT racist but she's for sure a bimbo with a pea-sized intellect. I appreciate she having enormous courage to approach Shilpa & apologise for her ignorance & being a bully. However, words out of the mouth are like an arrow out of a bow. Onces out, you CANNOT reverse back & end-up facing the music, which is what she's be in a position of now, I'm afraid.

I'm NO WAY disgusted with her "racial tone" whatsoever, such as calling Shilpa "Mrs Poppodum", "Go back to slum", etc. however, what's utterly unacceptable is that her ill-mannered, lack of etiquette, foul-mouthed & bullying behaviour has tarnished the country's reputation around the world & for which she deserves for what lies round the corner for her.

"Celebrity" is someone who work their way up with their skills, talent, entertaining quality or some sort of "je ne sais quoi" within herself/himself.

This is the 21st century, where unless you're born with a silver spoon in your mouth, you work your a*rse up to keep the roof over your head. Surely, degrading yourself by making a complete nonsense of herself is NOT the way I'd expect someone to become "Celebrity", since that's just beyond the pale & simply NOT cricket, frankly speaking.

Look at Richard Brandon, Bill Gates, etc. who've started from nowhere & are now a REAL "Celebrity". Compare that to an individual like Jade Goody, who hasn't a clue about what "East Anglia" is & has HARDLY a grip of her own "first language".

While, people having fought serving this country in the World War are starving themselves to death, while bimbos like her with a pea-sized intellect & suffering from intellectual deficiency, ends-up making millions by bringing an utter shame to British Education System.

Other than that, if she sees herself as a "Celebrity" then I fear she's deluded, since if that IS the case she should be smart enough to be even-tempered & keep her cool, a quality one'd expect from someone who prefers being labelled as "Celebrity".

Jade quite successfully reflected the very nasty & dark side of today's "typical teenage" generation & bringing the entire nation's image to disrepute, across the 4 corners of the world & for that, I'm terribly sorry to say but she deserves to pay a rather hefty price, I fear.

She could have been more sincere, there was still an air of denial "I'm not a racist, but...". Also, Davina should have given her a bit more of a grilling (Jade didn't seem to realise just how serious this has all become) regardless of whether you feel the other housemates were being racist toward her (I personally feel that there was implied racism, even if it wasn't completely overt) she was clearly being bullied, which should not be tolerated, whether or not the motive was a racist one.

She was briefed on what to say... What does Jade Goody know about 'conscientious effort'?

She was briefed for more than 5 minutes it took for the adverts. She was too clued up on everything.

Yes, I think she had been told beforehand what was going to happen.

I don't think she's racist though. Just a bit thick and the kind of person who makes below-the-belt comments during arguments.

personally think she forgot how much is recorded.. also how much of it will / may be taken out of context.. (not giving my view on what i think of her) just replying to question. i think that she may not have realised how people may percieve what her, jo and "i'm teddy sherringhams girlfirend" (possibly she forgot her own bloody name!) have said to Shilpa. not going down the racist route... however the bullying thing should have them all feeling preety low for a long while!!!!!

well done for asking the question first! nice one!
