Mr. Clean magic eraser. This thing has been a god send, it removes all kinds of stuff. I haven't specifically used it for a dry erase marker, but, I've removed regular marker from a painted wall, with no marks. It's a great product.

dry erase markers are made to wipe off, but if your've tried to clean it and it does not come off...paint the area marked with silver paint and repaint the area with your selected paint.

Try Mr. Clean Magic Eraser
If that doesn't work, painting over it might me your only choice

A Mr.Clean eraser-it will clean off just about everything you couldn't get off with soap & water.
