It hasn't come out yet....rumors say that it will come out 07/07/07 but I completly disagree with that! Ootp comes out in theutures just days after that date! It's waaay too close!!! A lot of people are saying it might come out 07/31/07 (J.K. and HP's B-day), 09/01/07, and Halloween 2007 ( HP's parents were killed on Halloween night, and the seventh book is called Harry Potter and The deathly HALLOWs. As in all Hallows eve? Maybe so? )
And there might be a *slight* possibility that it might come out Summer of 2008....

JK Rowling hasn't finished writting it yet. She just recently released the name of the final book in the series. (Can't remember what it is tho.) No information on when the book will finally be out yet.

It's not out yet, JK hasn't even finished writing it yet. However, it's said to be out this summer, and the rumors (and I agree completely with them) say the release date will be 7/7/07
