I imagine you mean UT-Austin, Texas A&M, and Texas Tech?
Well, UT-Austin is the highest ranked one and that's where I'd go. But yes, the way your question was worded, I'd decide once you actually have admissions offers in your hand.

Unless you are in the top 10% of your class, which I doubt since you can't spell, you will not get into any of those schools. The competition is pretty fierce for all 3.
