Years ago I had an eyeshadow applicator with removable/replaceable sponge tips. I can't find another one. I saw that Avon has a similar applicator, but I don't know if you can also get additional replacement sponge tips. Any help?

Use a q-tip instead, then it is clean each time.

BRUSH always xxx sponges are poo, they don't last long, they don't hold the powder very well and it all ends up down your face. It's so much easier to blend your makeup with a brush, sponges aren't flexible enough. Also, you can't wash them as easily as brushes. Brushes win every time. The way to stop your eyeshadow creasing is a problem with the product rather than the way you are putting it on. I'd recommend going for a powder rather than a cream if you are wearing the product over the crease of your eye. You can help the problem by using a base colour all over the lid before you apply the colour or by using a fixing spray or laquer. Also, it can help to build up the colour rather than throwing one thick layer on.

I have never seen an applicator with removable sponges. You can buy applicators at any drugstore like Longs or Riteaid for about $4 or less. You can get them in packs.

Try your local drugstore or just use a Q-tip. :)
