Are there any online classes or forums for scrapbooking where I can talk to other people and share ideas and get ideas as well. Im kinda a beginner so any ideas would be great.

Well a great site to start on is Scrapbook Flair. I am a member and it is great! Right now there are about 14000 members. The whole site is free and even has scrapbooking kits by designers available for free download. The site is about digital scrapbooking, but all of these ideas can be used for traditional scrapbooking. Everyone there will help you in any way that they can and you can look at all the other pages posted to get some ideas! They aren't classes, but I have learned so much!
