i would say yes, even though the drives are mirrored data can still be fragmented on them, and defragmenting them will speed up hard drive access time a little

and your question is? just go ahead Defrag it. Windows sees it as a single volume. The array controller will control the rewrites (defrag). This is a non-issue,

.. just a regular windows defrag is all i use ... i actually use diskeeper ..
