I went to a low income side of town and had sex with a crack whore now all my public hair is falling off and little pimple looking things are popping up all over the places. Worst part is its burns when I take a wizz. anyone out there that can help?

ouch! gotta watch out for those crack whores... you need to seek medical attention NOW, especially since your "public hair" is falling off & make sure you get an HIV test. Cause you might have picked up more than one STD. Good luck!

I don't know about your family history for male pattern baldness but your situation sounds unusual. The burning sounds like you got the clap or gonorrhea. Seek medical attention asap

you should see a urologist----he/she specializes in anything having to do with the penis.
