I will be taking a trip to Vegas in March, and want to take either a helicopter or airplane flight tour over the Grand Canyon, and was wondering what companies to trust, which to avoid, and what part of the canyon would be best for sightseeing(west or south rims)???

The advantage of a helicopter tour is that they can land at the bottom of the canyon. The GC is a beautiful sight from above, but it is an awesome sight from the river.
