Go to your local library or google on the internet and look up ethnobotanicals. These are plants that have been researched and found to have myriad medicinal properties and abilities to aid in or actually heal numerous human conditions without the use of western medicines. As we all know, western medicine is great at diagnosing ailments but their treatments ALL rely on pharmaceutical remedy that are known to ALL have many, some even deleterious side effects that are often times more dangerous than the actual ailment itself.
