As the end of my 4th year quickly approaches I am more and more anxious about my intent to pursue graduate studies in the Fall. The anxiety is preventing me from studying and from sleeping at night. Can anyone help me find a way to chill the *&%$# out?

Turn everything off for an hour and study. After that take a break, listen to music, relax. Study some more, or make some study notes. I find those usefull because its easy to measure how far i am along and writing things down helps me memorize them. Set a time to go to bed and stick to it.

You have to apply yourself and do not let something that hasn't happened yet get to you. Worry about it when the time comes.
