Take comfort in that fact that most of us have annoying families. When you get older and can afford to be on your own you will find some peace till then you have to find ways to "deal"
Find a hobby...or volunteer work to get you out the house or at least keep your mind busy. You can make craft items at home and donate them to charities. Check out warm up America or local baby ward for knitted or crocheted donations. Work on a pet food drive to benefit a local animal shelter. If you like animals .. a local shelter may let you volunteer. The library is free and usually close to home. They rent books and DVDs ( even the most recent releases) They often have free or very cheap programs and classes. They even have hi speed computers to use if you just need a quiet place to go. You could take up exercise ..say walking or doing home work out DVDs...exercise has the added benefit of reliving stress ...at home yoga may be good for your situation too.
Basically what I am trying to say is find something to do with yourself so you don't have to dwell on your family problems.

I hear you, and I know the feeling. It goes back to that old saying, " you can pick your friends, you can pick your nose, but you can't pick your family". This is like so true. In my family, I never call, or visit, and I've moved away.....so it's not as bad and hardly anymore drama. Best of luck to you.

Never put up a front always let them know how you feel. That is how it works with my family. I prefer my best remedy, live 600 miles apart like me.

Just love them a lot even when they annoy you and try to be understanding, maybe you annoy them also.

Give each other plenty of space and the time you have together will seem more special.
