Ok I know I already asked this but nobody was answering, so please help not hate.

I get incredibly angry every day at school to the point of dreading going and not being able to pay attention. I do not take out my anger on others or on myself, and I have tried talking with the culprits, the teachers, and the administration. Nothing is working, including the efforts I've made to ignore them.

What can *I* do to not get so angry? Please do not tell me to suck it up or ignore them because it is not that simple.

I get angry because people talk all the way through class every day, call people f@g and dy ke, chew gum like cows, talk back to the teacher, blast the mp3 player (even in the chapel), eat and drink and crinkle wrappers and class, and just generally behave like as ses. I cannot learn in such a loud environment, and I can't do anything to fix it, either.

Try keeping a diary to be able to vent out your feelings. Try talking to a good friend. Find a good role model or think of a place you want to be or even a person you want to be with. Try to keep your mind off of your anger, you might even try meditating. I wish I could help you more but without knowing whats wrong with the school it's kind of hard. Just whatever you do don't resort to inflicting pain on yourself. Nothing is worth that.

It is a little difficult for me to be sure about the nature of your question. If your talking about classmates harassing you; my answer is their behavior may actually be illegal. Would you mind providing more details? If you complained about harassment at school, or directed toward you, and no action was taken, legal liability on the part of the school and it's representatives may exist. If this is the case, your best course of action may be to seek advice and counsel from an attorney.

look life is full of things that make you angry,sad,and confused. What you have to do is choose the best result. sometimes the result is not very easy to deal with but you must. Take each day as it were your last and live it as happy as you can with no regrets. Don't let others ruin your day because it is your day.

You have to find other options that works for you. Research online... I mean if you can't control it maybe you need to see a doctor. I think it's also important to take your anger on something like boxing maybe just to get it all out. You shouldn't keep it all inside. Good luck.

Just write it all down, let everything flow onto a piece of paper and keep it there. It doesn't have to be good writing, it only has to be true to you.

It works for me.

Maybe you need counselling to come up with other options and help you to deal with anger issues.

When I get mad I either close my eyes and take a deep breath,or I take a match and watch it burn then blow it out. But sometimes if I let it control me I argue if some body ticks me off after I'm already mad. well I hope that helps.
