Put a WANTED poster up!! (might work)
get practical! .......... friends, relatives, old phone numbers, addresses, some likely place in the area they would go, an add in the local newspaper (just leave the message to let them know what happened)... wht in the hell are those police stations and muncipalities for????
if nothing works, then pay someone a ransom and let him do tht!

You cant find them online, u can try calling someone who knows them, or lives near them? Start with a prior address or phone number

try giving an add in deccan chronicle, that is the most circulated english daily in hyd.......... hope him or his relatives read it.
