You need to contact your Health Insurance Program and check with them for approved/authorized Rehab care providers for Alcoholism/Addiction Services.
BUT .. the only way he is going in (if he is NOT an imminent danger to yourself/others) is IF he VOLUNTARILY signs in (himself). HE MUST make that choice -- you can NOT force it on him
In the meantime ... I would suggest that you open your phone book, and look for Al-Anon around where you live. YOU are going to need the support of other family members who have suffered with this condition (alcoholism) within their family ... and how they have survived/thrived (and how they deal with the Alcoholic (who is now sober and the Alcoholic who has Relapsed (and is in the rages, whatever associated with their addiction).

There is a rehab facility in Cushing, Oklahoma called Valley Hope. I know it's not in Oklahoma City...but I would probably only take about an hour and 15 minutes to get there. I am including the website for you. From what I have heard, it is a very good facility...a friend of mine has an aunt that works there....I also tried to get my ex-husband to go when we were still married.

good luck

Call 1-800-new life. It is a christian base rehab that will get to the roots of the problem.

Look in the phone book, call a local addiction counseling service or even check the internet. However and please know this stands true for any person with an addiction problem regardless of its alcohol, drugs or food. Unless the person wants help it wont work for them. If they are doing it for other people its only going to be a waste of money

First of all does your HUSBAND want to go to rehab? If he doesn't it isn't going to work. The only way an alcoholic (or drug user) is going to benefit from rehab is if they WANT to kick whatever habit they have.

Call your local Family services. Or try your insurance company, they may be able to tell you of a place that is covered under your insurance. Also try your doctor's office. If worse comes to worse you can always call your local courts and ask if they will appoint him to a facility. Good luck, been there with my ex, that is why he is my ex.

dont just run and send him off to rehab. maybe try to get him to go to an alcoholics anonymous meeting, and you yourself should attend Al-Anon meetings so that you can better understand where he is coming from.

you are online ....right? google or yahoo. Most insurance will help pay for it. Alcoholics Anonymous may be able to direct you to an inpatient center.
