I live in Phoenix Arizona and my husband and I are thinking about moving to Flagstaff this summer. My question is...what are some price ranges for renting in Flagstaff? Apartments.. houses... townhomes.. duplexs ect... Is it cheaper to live in Flagstaff than Phoenix? Is there a website that I can go on and look at different apartments and other rentals? Any help would be greatly appreiciated!

According to http://news.azdailysun.com/rentals/complex_dir.cfm rentals cary from $500 for a studio to $1,500 for a 3bd/2ba apartment home.

I suggest that you drive up north, weather permitting, and pick up both The Arizona Daily Sun. Go around the NAU Campus and see if there are any copies of the Apartment Guide for Flagstaff left.

Good luck.

I haven't been to Phoenix in awhile, but I do believe it is cheaper in PHX than Flagstaff. Rents in Flagstaff start at around $700 and up for a 1 bdrm . You may find them cheaper, but be careful. You don't know who your neighbors are. Some web sites to check out:

www.aznorth.com

www.rent.com

www.forrent.com

Also check out the flagstaff paper on line.
