Yes you can! When you get on a different Xbox 360 just sign out of the profile displayed! If one is not displayed then disregard. Then select Recover Xbox Live Gamertag and follow the instructions and you will be all set!

Your account can only be on one console at a time. You can save it to a memory unit and plug n play on another xbox live ready console, but it can't be uploaded to that one. So, no.
