Slavery that ended almost 150 years ago, is getting to be a lame excuse for failure.
And a lame excuse for begging for handouts.
And a lame excuse to whine.
More & more blacks are escaping the Democrat Plantation, and are very successful.

Considering the way I answer most questions in here, you who follow my answers probably wont believe this, but at one time in Mesa AZ there was a local access TV show which allowed viewers to call in when they had guests.
This one time they had the AZ chapter President of the NAACP on, telling everyone what a wonderful organization it is, etc. (and Im sure it is but thats not the point of this story), I called the show, and asked him how it felt to be running a racist organization?
Of course, he came unglued, but I wouldnt back down, I reminded him the Last two words inthe title of the group is "Colored People", meaning no whites allowed, meaning RACIST. He tried saying whites were welcome too, so I asked him then why have the "Colored People" part still in the name? How many white people were affiliated with the NAACP in the country? Dont know? How about just in Arizona? Any at all? Dont know that either? I really had this guys feet in the fire.
Anyway I applaud Mr Hargrove telling "blacks to get over slavery". Wheever I hear someone wanting money for slavery, I counter by saying I want money for dying in the Civil War while fighting to free him and his family.

Its about time! All this about demanding an apology is just childish. Its all in the past, slavery was abolished 142 years ago. Waaaaayyyy past time to move on!

once the gov .even out the playing field we will never get over it.Our ancestor will not lie in peace if their pain and suffering go without reparation and the black communities still to suffer the indignities of the past and present racial profiling.

Amen to that and Amen to him. No one alive today was ever a slave or a slave owner. Some would say that blacks had no choice but to be forced to come here. I would attest that neither did I have a choice in coming here. Any black person born in America was born equal to me. We were both born in this country and share the same opportunities. Things like reparations, affirmative action, quotas and hate crime legislation serve to prevent true equality, they are racist institutions, and should be abolished

never heard of him. Nobody I know has ever been a slave, so I can't see what there is to get over. I know many that suffered discrimination but I suffer that now as a white man in his 40's

Three cheers for the man! I'm so sick and tired of hearing about how oppressed they are because their g-g-g-g grandfather was a slave. Who freaking cares?!?!? Show me a 150 year old black guy and I'll buy him a beer.
