my husband is working for an employer that forces them to work without breaks and refuses to give them a lunch break even though the time is deducted from his pay.

We've had that issue before, too. Have you tried contacting your county/city labor board? They deal with these issues, resolve disputes, etc. If that does not work, it may be helpful to contact the local news station. Do you have one that does a consumer/fighting for you/legal sectio?. Most communities have at least one news station that does. Just knowing that it may come out publicly, may be enough to compel change.

Good luck.

Report them to the U.S. Department of Labor. The boss can be fined as well as possibly shut down. He should also contact an attorney because that is grounds for a lawsuit. If they are taking out breaks and lunch but they are working through them both then they have a right to the pay.

call your local labor board. They will take care of it and also make the company pay all wages for time worked and he was not paid in the past three years plus usually some extra pay is added for time gone by that he wasnt paid.
