I am 5' 6", male and easily put on weight-am about 12 stone and always trippin over that line, but what annoys me more than the weight is the shape that I cannot reduce-and for anyone that knows this problem, you feel really self-conscious when wearing shirts/t-shirts and tight(ish) jumpers-which leaves me searching for the fashionable sweats all times of the year! There must be more to life! haha! any genuine suggestions/exercises??
Help is appreciated-so thanks to everyone that replies!

if u work on ur chest, with weights, it'll change em. if u do regular chest press it tones the top part of ur pecs; however if u do a type of inclined chest press, that helps lift the lower part and help with that whole breast look

Short of plastic surgery to remove the flabby tissue, push-ups and upper body exercises.

I know. I used to work out a lot when I was younger. Then I got into a period in late 20's early 30's when I started eating bad and didn't exercise. All that upper body muscle turned to flab which turned to man-boobs. I hit the gym asap and began loosing weight.

Of course exercise will help but as far as food, cut out white potatoes, corn, peanuts, white bread, 'converted' rice, brown rice
is ok if it's whole grain. Eat garlic or use the garlic pills. Try the
product 'Activia' it's a yogurt with fruit but has added more of the
enzymes your body needs and requires for digestion. Stay away
from white flour based pasta if possible unless it is made with vegatables like spinach, etc.

Well, your problem seems pretty bad. Breast tissue is composed of fat, so of course, the first thing to do is excercise. Problem is, just because you excercise, doesn't mean your body is going to break down the fat there. The best and most permanent thing you can do is plastic surgery. That will remove fatty tissue and help slow or prevent reoccurrences. If you can't afford that, go with the excercise. Good luck!
