Best - knowing you are making a difference - in my opinion being at home is best for a child, and childminding is second best - they get to experience family life, and learn so much :)

Worst - the increasing red tape and regulations.

Not a childminder but I would think the best bit is knowing you are on the way to the Millionaire's Club with the extortionate rates and deals over hols and days off when it suits you only and pay rolling in whether the child or you can't make it!
