if you only want that track then you will have to search high and low for it. try amazon.co.uk, froogle.co.uk (if in the USA change the extensions from co.uk to .com)
and athers who listed it as Fallen sung by Lauren Wood.
I just asked a family member and they have the audio cassette of the sound track to the movie Pretty Woman. the EAN number (barcode) is 0077779349241 published by EMI USA.

as for using file share programmes you can but it is illegal and you could be opening yourself up to being prosecuted for theft.

look up Lauren wood in the music stores. it may be bundled with other tracks if you buy a CD or cassette. or if you get it from an officail source online then you can legally get the single track.
failing that break copyright yourself and rent the movie and record it direct from the movie sound track.
the choice is yours.
you are just going to have to decide between the legal route or the illegal one.

It's by Lauren someone and it's brilliant! It's available on the Pretty Woman sountrack. Have a look in HMV or Virgin cos i'm sure i saw it going cheap.
