well it depends on who it is...is it your boyfriend? your boss? your mother? if you have a professional relationship with the person just call once and leave a message. if it's someone like your mom or boyfriend, call a couple of times or send them a text and maybe even a message. just don't call too much, u don't want to seem annoying or desperate. they know you called, if they want to get in contact with you, they will.

Send a text, if they don't reply go to their house and stalk them. Leave a letter. Ring until they answer and man up to talk to you. Ignorance is a pain in the ***. Honesty is not common enough around this place, answer the goddamn phone!!!

he or she probably ignoring you or just sick and tried of you and wont you to stop calling you or just wont to break up with you and don't and not answering the phone is a good way of doing it or you did something to make the person mad at you and the person don't wont to talk to you know more so take tis advice and stop calling the person

back off and he calls me right back. there could be tons of reasons as to why s/he doesn't answer the phone.

i would track them down to the most likely place they would be and walk up to them and start screaming and yelling asking why them didn't answer or call you back, make an enormous scene and then walk away pouting..... because that's not crazy or anything, right?
