It was said earlier but she died in the Rann-Thanagar War, while trying to stop Alexander Luthor from taring DC's universe apart (Recreating a Multiverse).... Part of her power was transfered to Kyle Raynor, and transformed him into a new version of ION; and part of her power resides in Alan Scott replacing an eye he lost after the crisis....

She was hanging out with Kyle Rayner, then she got killed. See Green Lantern series and JLA
