The Vietnam News agency is great for all news VN and HCMC.
You can alo try the Vietnam Scout http://www.vietnamscout.com/portal/ for somer great film clips of VN including marriage ceremonys - which are quite amazing to see.
If you wnt to listen to VN music then http://www.vov.org.vn/?lang=2 cannot be beaten as it is the Voice of Vietnam and has 4 or 5 live radio stations that you can listen to.
