Logic would dictate that people with smaller Oriental eyes see less and have worse peripheral vision that people with bigger eyes!... I am sure that has a lot to with so many Asians wearing glasses and being bad drivers as well!

I think this has a rather negative spin. But being a black driver in Kentucky its always Camrys, Eclipses, & souped up VW's & civics that cut me off. Usually these drivers are white, stupid, & have no where inportant to go. So I'm saying you dont have to nessecarily be a certin race to be a bad driver. Its probably that San Fran has a high population of Asians & they simply DONT PAY ATTENTION just like the majority of other folks on the road. Also if they're upper-middle class & drive expensive foreign vehicles they're more than likely distracted by all the fancy "in-car" gadgetry.

Eastern Asians with epicanthal folds can have as much as approximately 30% less peripheral vision due to the anatomical structure of their eyelids. The farther south you travel in Eastern Asia the less pronounced the fold in the eyes, peripheral vision is subject to each individual and varies from person to person, 30% is the most extreme case.
The purpose of this "fold" is nature to protect the eyes from extreme sunlight and cold weather. Most people of the this part of Asia originated in Mongolia where the weather conditions were very cold and harsh.

I don't think so. You've got to realize that all people have different peripheral visions. I'm sure that it's not only Asians who have this problem, but other people as well, regardless of gender and race.

Whether or not he's ever had non-Asian eyes is irrelevant. Does he actually see the epicanthal folds in the way blocking his vision? No? Then his vision isn't limited by it.
