It sounds pretty interesting, but I think I would personally call it something else. Something that really grabs the reader.

Apparently a lot of people - since the editors and publishers would not put it out on the market if they didn't think it was good enough to sell.

im sure a lot of ppl, based on the summary you gave, but im not sure by the title...did u mean through or though...? i think the audience this would attract most, would b ppl who hav gone through the same thing, or kno ppl who abuse drugs.
