I had the same "problem" as you.
A very "round" shape face! You can notice that all the man who are considered of being beautiful have a very "defined" face, I would say "square" face. Like Brad pitt, Johny Deep, and so over...
I found a procedure in Brazil, it is called Bioplastia, they are doing this there for more than 10 years. I had this procedure 8 months ago and I look great, this went beyond my expectations.
My face has a square angle now, He applied in my chin, cheekbones, jawline and nose as well. Since then I just receive compliments from my friends, everyone says I look great, and ask what did I do. The recovery process is very very quickly, and is not a very expense procedure because the currency there is weaker comparing with dollar.
This can sound weird but is true, and very safe. I had this with one of the best doctors in Brazil, one of the contestant of miss Brazil had the same procedure with this doctor and guess what happened, she won the competition. A lot of celebrities and rich people go to their hospital in Brazil to have this procedure done.
I have taken my before and after pictures if you want I can send to you.

Myself.
I know a lot of people who have done this proceure a long time ago and they are all happy with the results.

My experience is that small cheek implants on my face when I was a bit heavy didnt really change the round look of my face. But having lost a lot of weight they are more promenent now. So you may want to go with large implants if you have a heavy round face.
Ignore the cartoon comments, you wont look like one or like Micheal Jackson just for putting in implants.

Sure, chin implants can give your jaw a more angular appearance. Square faces are often viewed as more masculine. I'd try finding something else to give you what you are looking for in life.

Michael Landon (Bonanza, Little House on the Prairie, Highway to Heaven) had cheek implants. It worked well for him.

Plastic surgeons make a fortune giving men greater definition with implants and liposuction. If you are serious, consult one.

Strangely enough, I just read an article that stated that women are more likely to choose a man with rounded features for a long term relationship, and look for angular featured men for "flings". Why change who you are? There's someone out there looking for someone just like you (hate to sound like your mom, but it's true!)

I think if you got small implants in the areas you want to improve, it would make you happier with your appearance. There's nothing wrong with that.
