Only with steroids. 1-2 pounds of muscle a month is what you can normally add.

Heck ya...there called steroids, you should look into them! But seriously, no. That would be an average gain of 2 pounds of muscle a week. It would be very diffficult for you to do this. And if increased that much strength in that short of time, your tendons and stabilizer muscles would have time to keep up with the muscle growth. So you would prolly end up tearing something.

It is possible, very possible on steroids, but would be too big of task I believe with a normal diet.

If your just starting, 200 pounds could be attainable and maybe 15 pound of weight. Otherwise, nope.

Yes, if you are already 350-400 lbs and already benching a freakin huge amount of weight.

Or, if you want to start shooting steroids...

Otherwise, no, not quite possible.
