As phrased, this seems to be unanswerable. It random issues, its apples and oranges. No one did you any favors with the poor question. If you wrote it your absolved. If you actually expect someone to attempt it, Your mad Three paragraphs would not deal with any part of this. It wouldn't to serve to construct a time line, list the names, rate the relative importance of the issues, generate a bibliography, and develop footnotes. And when that impossible humbug is concluded, you can then finally conclude that you did not know when and where. I will assume were not talking about the Empire of Brazil Here. These balls are still in play.
